Food was good, especially the spaetzle (homemade and unsurpassable) and sauces. There are no reservations in the beer garden, so it is advisable to come early. Around 35 - 40 seats outside. The prices are fair. Service friendly and courteous.

The home garden in Hirblingen is one of the best restaurants in the area, from the snack platter to the Cordonbleu to the best value onion roast I have ever eaten, several times !! Everyone in a great mood from the staff

Nice, good middle-class and traditional. Map not too extensive and down-to-earth, unfortunately often full, especially at weekends, therefore noisy and then the kitchen is quickly overwhelmed. Nevertheless we like to come together for cozy family celebrations.

We are regulars for years and always come to Uschi like to eat. The portions are more than adequate and the value for money outstanding. When the weather is nice, her cozy beer garden is open. You do not have to wait long for food and drinks, everything is fresh and quickly brought to the table 👍😋
